It features a beautiful heart design that forms a crown completely encircling and protecting your precious breast milk stone made using your own milk and delicate beading at the base of the crown. The sterling silver earring setting itself holds a round breast milk stone made using your own milk that is 8 mm (slightly larger than 1/3 inches) wide.
