It features a beautifully faceted heart shaped stone set into a sterling silver setting that has been plated with high-grade rhodium for added protection. The center stone is made using a mother's own milk and is surrounded by a halo of flawless zirconias, with channel set zirconias down the band, as well. The wow-factor is off the charts, and is sure to turn heads!
