I receive several packages per day and enter them into my system one day a week to save myself time. If your order status still says "Awaiting Fulfillment" but your tracking information says that it has been delivered, rest assured that I do have your package and that your breast milk has been preserved for use later, but I have not had time to enter it into my system but will do so in the next few days or so.

I do my very best to give you as accurate an estimate as possible on the time it will take to complete orders placed and update order statuses in a timely manner. How To Check Your Order Status:
To have the ability to check your order status, you must create an account on my website when ordering your breast milk jewelry. When the status of your order has changed, you will receive an e-mail notification. Please be sure that your spam filter is set to allow all e-mails from Indigo Willow.
If you have not created an account, you will not receive e-mail updates at all, including the shipment of your jewelry to you and your tracking number.
I am unable to give status updates individually, including letting you know when I've gotten your breast milk. Please check your tracking number if you are unsure as to whether or not I've gotten your breast milk.
If you would like to receive status updates but did not create an account at checkout, you may create an account after you've ordered by clicking "Create An Account" at the top of this page and following the steps. Once you have done this, e-mail me at info@breastmilkjewelry.com with the subject line "ACCOUNT/ORDER LINK" and I will link your previous order to your newly created account when I have some time to do so.
Directions on checking order status from a computer: To view your order status update without having to check your e-mail, login to your account on my the breastmilkjewelry.com website by going to "Sign In" at the top right of the homepage. Enter your e-mail address you used to place your order and the password you set. Once you are inside your account, click "View Order Status" on the left hand side.
Directions on checking order status from a mobile phone: From a mobile phone, click the button with three lines at the top of the lefthand side of the screen. Scroll until you see "My Account" and click "My Account." Enter your e-mail address that you used to pay for your order and the password you set for your account. Once inside your account, click "View Order Status."
Below is a breakdown of what each of the status update notifications mean:
- DNA Material Received: Your DNA materials have been received and processed.Please see our FAQs page for our current wait time for jewelry completion. Thank you for trusting Indigo Willow!

We will update this status again once that has been completed (approx. 1-2 weeks or more, depending on the number of orders before yours.)
- Setting and/or finishing complete: Your jewelry is completed and will be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders ahead of yours.
- Shipped: Your jewelry has been shipped! We hope you love your keepsake. We are honored you have chosen us! P
lease note: Your package can be marked as "shipped" for 1-4 days after your label has been created and before your package has actually shipped out. To save myself time and extra trips to the post office, I ship many orders all at once, so I may create a label ahead of the time I intend to ship out. Your package will be shipped to the address you provided in your order online. You will receive two notifications once your order is shipped (if you have created an account), one from Indigo Willow and one from PayPal. The e-mail from PayPal will contain your packages tracking number. You will receive an e-mail notification from PayPal when your shipping label has been created regardless of whether or not you've created an account on Indigo Willow.
